Developed by a team of healthcare professionals from the Medical University of South Carolina, Boston University, and the University of Nebraska, BBN has undergone rigorous testing as part of research funded by the National Institute of Mental Health. This ensures its effectiveness as a recovery tool for trauma survivors around the globe.

For many, the aftermath of trauma can manifest in stress, anxiety, low mood, or sleep disturbances, often leaving individuals uncertain about where to seek help.
